Greetings from a Canadian transplant who has fallen in love with Florida and is here to stay. I’m also a real estate addict who has been buying, remodeling and selling homes for over 30 years just for fun.

Prior to Florida I lived in Toronto Canada where I operated a management consulting business in the nonprofit sector, managed a part time wedding photography business and raised two beautiful daughters. Now my husband and I like to sail all year round, and enjoy the beach life.
